A Country's Leadership Qualities And Its Development.

A Country’s Leadership Qualities And Its Development.

The panel of people who lead the country is the president, prime minister, group of ministers and members of parliament. A country should have exemplary leadership qualities to guide the country. Often the position of a president is similar to a king of the then structured society. A king ruled very strictly and according to Dharma. If someone murdered someone the king punished them. He provided all the resources to to people. There was a bell in the entrance of the palace and if some citizen had any problem he can come to the palace and proclaim his problem to the king. The king provided the necessary solution to the problem, for instance if someone murdered someone he sentenced death to the murderer so that before punishing others the king didn’t had any defects like the king did not murdered anyone voluntarily so that he loses the opportunity of punishing the murderer. Thus a leader of a country should have a mediated attitude towards its people. He can’t have partiality over multiple ethnicities, faiths and languages. The chief character of a leader is being mediated. Firstly there can’t be disputes among ethnicity or among multiple religions in the country. This amiable, peaceful stability leads to many prolific conditions namely, economic stability, political stability, and the like. It’s the leader’s responsibility to uplift all the sectors of the country; often there are three sectors of the country, agricultural sector, industrial sector, and service sector. Often in first world countries service sector takes on the leading position, industrial sector rates second, and agricultural sector, the third. But for a third world country it’s advisable to foster the agricultural sector, simultaneously maintaining the stability of other two sectors without losing the equilibrium. A first citizen of a country should have some spiritual qualities as well which uplifts the position of a country in the world, for instance, if we consider the former president of India Dr, A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, his circumstances of upbringing were very strong and prolific. His father quoted statements from Al-Quaran so that from his childhood onwards he was physically, mentally, socially and spiritually stabilized person which resulted in bringing a worldwide position to India. Secondly, if the citizens of the country( citizens of all ethnicities, religions and language) are respecting and loving the leader it proves that the leader is a noble person. Thirdly the king of then structured society wasn’t money minded, he didn’t steal the country’s money for his own betterment, he didn’t steal people’s exertion. Thus the stability of a prolific country is determined on the basis of ethnic, religious and language harmonies.
